Shipping policy

At the moment, we only ship our products within the USA. However, as we continue to grow with gratitude, we look forward to the day when we can expand our reach beyond the USA.

Shipping Rates:

  • Economy (5-8 Business-Days): Free
  • Standard (3-5 Business-Days): Free
  • Expedited (2-Business-Days): $25 on orders less than $75.00 through May 31, 2024. After May 31, 2024, $25 shipping rate will be applied to all Expedited 2-Business-Days Shipping orders
  • Expedited (1-Business-Day) Shipping: $35

Expedited Shipping Ordering Deadlines: Order must be placed before 12PM EST. Order will be mailed the same day when placed before 12PM EST.

Free and Promotional Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Free Standard (3-5 Business-Days) Shipping for all orders. All other terms and conditions apply. No code is necessary and shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout.

*Free Expedited (2-Business-Days) Shipping for all US orders of $75.00 and up. Offer is valid through May 31, 2024. All other terms and conditions apply. No code is necessary and shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Order Processing and Shipping Time Frames:

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after an order is received and will ship the same business day if order is placed before 12PM EST.

Orders placed on Monday through Thursday after 12PM EST will be shipped the next business day.

Orders placed on Friday after 12PM EST will be shipped the next business day on the following Monday.

Shipping/Delivery dates are estimated by combining the order processing time frame of 1-2 business days, and the separate shipping time frames from 1 to 8 days, as selected at checkout by the customer.

Example: An order is placed at 1:30PM EST on Monday with standard shipping (3-5 Business-Days time frame): Order may arrive between the following Friday through the following Monday.

Delays

Possible delays may include, but are not limited to, other acts of God, high order volumes, inclement weather, other unforeseen circumstances, shipping carrier delays, or postal service delays and are outside of the control of ShopJenny LLC. ShopJenny LLC is not responsible for refunding shipping charges or replacing orders or order items.

Shipping to P.O. boxes:

Expedited Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. 

UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Only USPS can deliver to P.O. Boxes. The customer is responsible to look up the provided shipping carrier’s policy to determine if their shipping address is considered deliverable.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

By purchasing an order, a customer agrees to all of ShopJenny LLC’s policies (including but not limited to the shipping and return policies) and the shipping carriers terms and agreements and thus, the customer does not hold ShopJenny liable or responsible for shipping issues or if a package is undeliverable. 

Please contact and provide the order and tracking number to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim if your package is lost or stolen. Please contact us within 30 days from the date in which the lost or stolen order was placed with your U.S. Postal Service claim number and information. We are not responsible for stolen packages or for packages shown as delivered. If the package is marked as delivered, the customer will need to contact and work with the shipping carrier. Customers have the option to sign up for package protection for their order through the service, Route.

Non-deliverable Packages Returned to ShopJenny:

Please contact us within 5 days of the date your order was confirmed returned to us in order to request your package be re-shipped to you at your expense. If your package is returned to us as non-deliverable and you do not contact us within 5 days from the date in which we received the returned package, the order items will be re-stocked to our inventory and we will not be responsible for refunding your order cost or shipping fee.
